Now the construction work is going on at a very fast pace so as to materialize the initial stage of the project in 2018 itself.
The society also proposes to impart skill and vocational based training to the disabled inmates based on their aptitudes. NISH-CHINTA is also planning to start various employment ventures to earn livelihood for the parents of the differently abled too. NISH-CHINTA plans to cater to the children in need by providing plethora of services including special school, rehabilitation center, health unit, vocational training center, play area, meditation hall, hostel, auditorium, swimming pool, farming area, etc. As part of the project, special training courses will be imparted to the teachers and trainers.
NISH-CHINTA originally started with a group of 50 families, but considering the deluge of requests from the parents of intellectually differently abled children, 50 more families were included. Due to shortage of land (close to the existing plot), NISH-CHINTHA decided to provide apartment type accommodation for the later joined 50 families.
The society is at present running only on the investment of parents. Help and cooperation are expected from voluntary organizations, well wishers and the Government.
